Because it is difficult to reassess the contents of
purchased product, we will only allow returns under the following conditions.
- Prior authorization obtained by call 1-608-788-4600.
- Bulk beads will be weighed upon return and the weight
will be rounded down to the nearest tenth of a kilo, e.g. .94 of a kilo
will be rounded down the .9 of a kilo.
- 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges on foreign orders will be actual charge plus $10.00 handling.
- All amounts are in US Dollar (USD)

If we are temporarily out of stock on an item, it
will "NOT" be back ordered; therefore, it will be necessary for you to
reorder the item.
